Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001, Alison has acted for a wide range of clients from small owner-managed businesses and university spin-out companies to large banks and plcs.
She advises clients on a variety of issues, including acquiring and disposing of businesses, share purchases and sales, advising on seed funding rounds (including EIS and SEIS Investments), joint ventures, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, charity incorporations and restructures.
Alison is also a key member of our Healthcare team. Working alongside Partners Michael Royden and Kim Campbell, she regularly advises dental practitioners in relation to the acquisition and disposal of dental practices, drafting and negotiating the terms of shareholder, partnership and associate agreements.
